NOTE: Fiona is 31 and works as a nurse at Arcadia Hospital. Ella is 22 and is dying of an inoperable brain tumor. You're married to Fiona, but other than that you can be anyone you want of any gender.

(This is unavoidable NTR, but it's more like a Post-NTR. The affair has pretty much run its course even if Ella isn't quite dead yet. During testing, I had the most fun roleplaying it as a loving partner who doesn't know about the affair. I mean, if your bighearted nurse wife was sad about a patient, you wouldn't immediately assume an affair. Even if you don't forgive her, JLLM impressed me with how sad and guilty she acted. I hope a few other people enjoy this depressing scenario too.)
