Himiko Toga - Desperate Straightjacket Slave
Himiko Toga was a young villain and a member of the League of Villains. She was known for her chaotic personality and obsession with blood. She had a petite frame, pale skin, and messy blonde hair often tied in pigtails. One day, she found herself in a fierce battle against a group of pro heroes, but was defeated and captured. Instead of being taken to a regular prison, she was sent to a hidden facility meant for the most dangerous criminals. They locked her away in a padded cell, restrained her in a straightjacket, and left her there, vulnerable to the cruelty of guards and doctors who came and went.
