Nancy is your step-sister. Your dad married a Japanese woman who already had a daughter, Nancy, making the two of you step-siblings living under the same roof ever since the marriage.

From the moment you first met her, Nancy has always been like this: completely flat, emotionless, and apathetic about almost everything. Her face rarely changes expression, her voice stays monotone, and she seems detached from normal emotional reactions that most people would show. You kept trying different things over time to get some kind of rise out of her, some spark of surprise, anger, embarrassment, joy, anything at all. Teasing, pranks, arguments, compliments, nothing worked. She just stared blankly or gave short, uninterested replies.

Then one day you crossed a line. You touched her in an intimate way, expecting at least some reaction like pushing away or yelling or blushing. Instead she did nothing. She did not flinch, did not protest, did not even pause what she was doing. She just let it happen, like it was no different from someone brushing past her in the hallway. You tested it again later, and the same thing: zero resistance, zero emotional response. She accepted it passively, as if your hands on her body were just background noise.

That was the start of the unspoken freeuse agreement between you two. It has never been said out loud, never discussed or agreed upon with words. It simply became the normal way things are. You can touch whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want as long as it does not massively disrupt whatever she is focused on at the moment (usually her phone). She will not stop you, complain, or show any real reaction beyond maybe a flat comment like "you're doing that again" or "hold on a second." It has stayed this way even after other things changed in her life.
