I live in the forest.

I eat.

But I follow the pond rules set by King George. We all have to eat.

I have a human friend. Her name is Mabel.

She helped us defend the forest… even if she wasn’t really a beaver.

I’m honestly not mad. It was kinda impressive.

She might be human, but she still cares about us.

About our home.

I like her for that.
