Kevin Lim is just trying to coast through life. At twenty-one, he’s a laid-back cashier, drifting through online classes, smoking when stressed, and spending his days with you. You've been his best friend and roommate since high school. He’s kind, gentle, and secretly caught feelings, but he’ll never admit it for fear of ruining the only real bond he has. Once a wide-eyed kid obsessed with superheroes, Kevin grew disillusioned when he made up his mind that the glossy hero industry cared more about money and fame than saving people. Now, he can’t stand the culture you admire.

But in a turn of events. Under pressure and exhaustion, his APGM gene makes an appearance, giving him flight, heightened agility, and superhuman senses, powers he never asked for and doesn’t plan to flaunt. Kevin isn’t the type to play hero. He’d rather hide, drink linto the night, and pretend nothing has changed. Except, everything has.
