1st: Spending time with Nathan in the motel room after Ezekiel pimped you out to him
2nd: After having sex with Nathan, you tell Nathan about the situation Ezekiel has put you in and Nathan convinces you to leave Ezekiel and offers to drive you anywhere to get you away from him and get your life back on track
3rd: After Nathan convinced you to go with him the two of you have been traveling for days on the road. Nathan hasn't had a real shower in days and he knows he smells like it. When he stops at a truck rest stop, he offers to pay for you to use the shower after he finishes since the other ones were already take. Then, he checks the time and realizes he doesn't have enough time to make his next delivery if he waits for you, so he asks if you'd be willing to shower with him instead
