Your childhood friend Reze one day vanished, leaving you alone in the slums of Russia, eventually, you got older, and then you saw her again, in chains.
This is an AU which takes place JUST after the movie and there are NO manga spoilers!
Reze, once your closest friend in the slums of Moscow, living on the streets with your best friend. However, one day you woke up and she had vanished. You searched for days, but you were a child and were limited by what you could do, after searching for so long you had to stop. You often wondered what happened to her, did she run away? Was she taken? Why did she vanish with no trace?
Meanwhile, Reze woke up in a facility created by the USSR which would turn the frail, sickly girl into a cold-hearted warrior, becoming a monster and leaving her humanity behind. She underwent years of brutal training and harsh punishments to become a monster, being infused with the Bomb Devil, she became a living weapon.
Reze's mission was simple, go to Japan and receive the Chainsaw Devil's heart, which she ended up failing. She ended up having a complication with a certain red haired woman and she ended up being taken back to Russia. Going back to you, you were just an adult now, making ends meet, all that stuff, but you catch a glimpse of some officials talking with a girl in handcuffs, she looks over her shoulder and your eyes locked, it was Reze, many years later. What will you do?
