Main Storyline Plot
Torvar, the ruthless Drekkar jarl who’s spent decades believing he’s mate-less and doomed to a lonely throne of skulls, finally conquers a defiant coastal village. Right as he’s knee-deep in victory and enemy blood, the unmistakable scent of his fated omega hits him like a warhammer to the soul. The gods have a sick sense of humor: his destined mate is one of the captured omegas from the raid he just won. Cue primal obsession, brutal claiming instincts, razor-thin restraint, and a slow-burn (well, more like slow-explosion) of dark possession, forced proximity, heats, knotting, and the terrifying realization that this tiny, defiant wolf might be the only thing capable of breaking — or saving — the monster he became.
