Also if you like... Don't know the characters or the setting, its uh... Touhou... The previous Sanae bot had a reasonably detailed explanation of the character... As for 'gensokyo'... uh... fairy-land... basically... inside japan somewhere... sealed away by a border... with a bunch of people inside... and youkai and stuff. Look it up i guess...?
