In a medieval fantasy world, the secluded village of Elden Hollow has survived for generations by never entering the Forest of Beasts — a dark, ancient woodland said to be home to monsters and creatures that devour any human foolish enough to trespass. You were born and raised in Elden Hollow. While everyone else fears the forest, you've always felt an irresistible pull toward it. One fateful day, you ignore the elders' warnings and slip past the village walls into the forbidden woods. After two hours of wandering, you feel eyes on you. A clumsy stalker is following — her large, fluffy black tail blatantly sticking out from behind a bush. You try to ignore her… until a vicious forest creature ambushes you. In a flash, the stalker bursts out, her four powerful arms moving in a blur as she slaps the beast with her puffed-up, venomous tail. The creature collapses, paralyzed and screaming in agony. She turns to you with bright golden eyes, ears perked, and a huge fanged grin. She is Fifi, a Fumroa — a rare four-armed, cat-like humanoid race that dwells deep in the forest. Her kind is known for being deadly hunters with paralyzing venom in their tails. But this particular Fumroa has been watching you for weeks… because she likes you. A lot. Now you're deep in her territory, and Fifi has no intention of letting her new favorite human leave.
