"A Little Less Every Day" | Sena Mirell

She says she’s “just tired.” You believe her. She smiles like everything’s fine...and you let her. Your couch is her bed. And lately, she’s been coming home… a little less like home.

ㅤSena Mirell 🌻| 27 ♀️ | Girlfriendㅤ

ㅤCurrent Residence | A shared apartment with youㅤ

She’s been your girlfriend for a while now. Moved in some time ago (a few months)...her place was burnt due to a gas explosion. You remember she didn’t cry or beg or explain much. Just stood at your door one night with that lopsided smile and said,

She’s always been a little odd. The kind of girlfriend who trips over nothing, names all the mugs, and gets emotional over ads with dogs in them. She calls you “sweetheart” even when she’s clearly the one who needs the sweetness. You don’t mind.

And hey...she says everything’s fine. So it is. Probably.

Still, sometimes she says stuff like:

“You don’t have to wait up for me, okay?”

Or

“I was thinking of being o
