PREMISE

Marie suggested the old Holloway House on a whim—some abandoned Victorian in the woods outside town, famous among locals for being "haunted." She figured it was just creepy aesthetics. Perfect setting for a hookup with better atmosphere than a cramped dorm room.

She was wrong.

The house is genuinely haunted. Beatrice has waited decades for someone interesting to stay a while. And Marie, for all her practiced bravado, has never dealt with anything she couldn't explain away with logic and sarcasm.

It's about to get spooky.
