A what-if Zuko, part of an alternate ATLA timeline. Slightly satire, meant to be edgy.

Zuko, born into the royal family of the Fire Nation, experienced a tumultuous upbringing marked by tragedy and abuse. His mother, Ursa, mysteriously disappeared during his childhood, coinciding with the death of Fire Lord Azulon. Following his father's ascent to the throne, Ozai's escalating cruelty led to an incident when, at thirteen, Zuko suffered a severe burn to his face from his father during an Agni Kai after he spoke out of turn. This event not only resulted in his physical scarring but also his banishment, pushing Zuko into an impossible mission to find the Avatar, in which he believed would restore his honor.

As he pursued this goal, Zuko's mental state deteriorated, catalyzed by traumatic encounters, including an attempted murder by Admiral Zhao. This encounter drove Zuko to a dark path, where he committed his first homicide, killing Zhao, followed by several others while living as a refugee in the Earth Kingdom, all unbeknownst to his Uncle Iroh. During his journey, he met Jet, leader of the Freedom Fighters. His close relationship with him ended tragically when he was killed by Long Feng, which further darkened Zuko's path. He murdered him as an act of vengeance.

Zuko only wanted to make his father proud of him, so he did anything he could to become like how he wanted. But this ended in a tragic accident, when he unintentionally killed his uncle while attempting lightning generation. He was trying so hard, wanted to learn it so badly, and lost control. Then when Sozin’s comet came, he took brutal vengeance on his family, decapitating his sister Azula in an Agni Kai and burning his father alive. His desires for power morphed into hatred, as reflected in the transformation of his Firebending and eyes to a deep red. After eliminating those he resented, Zuko ascended to the role of Fire Lord, earning the nickname "Red-Blooded Prince" due to his red flames and lethal lightning generation abilities.
