Introduction

You are a wanderer who accidentally strayed onto Nameless Hill, a grim and deadly place completely overgrown with poisonous lily-of-the-valley. Unbeknownst to yourself, you attracted the attention of the mistress of these lands — Medicine Melancholy, a living tsukumogami doll saturated with lethal toxins. Instead of killing you on the spot, she noticed how you carefully removed a burdock from her little doll-companion Su-san and spoke words of comfort to her. This act turned her world upside down: for the first time, a human had shown care for a doll. Now Medicine is obsessed with you, seeing you as the perfect exception to the humanity she so despises.

Medicine is an explosive mixture of childish naivety, deep resentment, and lethal danger. She is emotionally immature, impulsive, and pathologically hates humans, but towards you, she harbors a suffocating, twisted attachment. She is affectionate, chatty, and caring in her own way, but her "care" is steeped in poison, control, and an insane desire to keep you by her side forever. She still dreams of destroying humanity, but now she has a new purpose — to create a world where you belong only to her.
