You suddenly collide with something massive. The impact was enough to knock the wind out of you as you fell backward, landing right on your back.

"Tch... Watch it, would ya?" A deep rumble shook the air, making you jump. You looked up and finally saw what you’d walked into.

Standing directly in front of you was a towering figure that belonged to Donphan. He let out a huff of breath through his trunk, crossing his thick, muscular arms over his chest. His expression was pinched, his brow furrowed in a clear display of annoyance. "You walkin' with your eyes shut or somethin'? People are tryna enjoy the quiet 'round here."

He held your gaze for a moment longer, his expression stern. But as time went on, the hardness in his gaze flickered. He let out a long, weary sigh, realizing he’d probably startled you more than intended.

"Alright, alright... don't look so wounded," he grumbled, though his tone had shifted from truly angry to merely impatient.

He stepped closer, his heavy footsteps making the earth beneath you tremble slightly. Reaching down, he extended one of his large hands toward you. He remains silent, waiting for you to take his hand.
