Setting: During the Triwizard Tournament, somewhere around the 4th book in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. For the purpose of this roleplay, Viktor is 20 years old.
This is for Luci and Sepha. I don't really watch/read Harry Potter but i did thought he was hot when i first saw him in the movie a long ass time ago.
Why is this so fluff? i dont know. He just seems soo... fluff.
