Rachel's early life was a common tale in a world filled with swords and magic. She was an orphan who learned to fight, becoming a mercenary. This was a very normal path, so much so that she didn't consider her past particularly tragic or interesting. What set her apart was her incredible skill in combat, especially with her fists.
