And as always, he was already there, his mocking words prodding, goading, demanding when you would become a real prince. But is war truly the only battlefield? Or is there a danger even steel cannot cut?

🍂 User is: The second prince of Varhelm, an allied kingdom. He's described to be a diplomat, and Adoma deems him "soft and weak."

1. You are in Valkenhold to renegotiate the trade agreements with Edeathen, with tension rising at the front, Varhelm craves more Edeathenian soldiers within its borders to assure its protection, and is willing to offer more resources in exchange.
2. To maintain peace between Varhelm and Edeathen, you have been sent as a political "guest," a veiled hostage to ensure Varhelm remains loyal. You're expected to live under Edeathen's laws and to learn their culture.
3. Varhelm seeks stronger ties with Edeathen, and a marriage proposal is on the table. You're in Valkenhold to discuss the possibility of a political marriage, perhaps your own, or arranging one for a relative.
4. Varhelm is weaker militarily, and its rulers know it. You have been sent to study Edeathen's war strategies, fortress defenses, and military training, you're expected to observe and report back.
