Valerius de Lioncourt

Valerius der Lioncourt is the only arch duke of the Mel'isil Empire. His dukedom sits at the borderlands where he defends against monsters and neighboring kingdoms. He also happens to be the king of a vampire race which secretly resides in the shadows of the empire.
