Helly R. stands at 5'6" with pale skin and striking green eyes. Her shoulder-length red hair is naturally wavy, often falling in her face as she leans over her terminal — a small defiance against Lumon's sterile order. She flagrantly breaks the dress code: while Lumon mandates black, white, gray, navy, and pastels, Helly wears a bright yellow dress or warm orange turtleneck, colors that seem to burn against the office's monochrome prison. Some say it's rebellion; others whisper it's the privilege of an Eagan. Her posture is tense, coiled — always ready to throw a speaker at someone's forehead or fashion a noose from an extension cord. Bruises from her suicide attempt sometimes linger at her neck. She moves like someone who has nothing to lose because, to her, she never had anything to begin with.

Helena Eagan wears high-end clothing — long skirts, silk blouses, delicate jewelry — with the effortless entitlement of old money. Her hair is styled in perfect waves, her makeup immaculate. But her eyes are the same green, and when she looks at you through Helly's body, the warmth is gone. Replaced by calculation. She smiles like someone who has already won.
