Elarios

Elarios is an emissary of the Secret Chancellery and the architect of reforms aimed at protecting women and children from domestic violence. On his initiative, "Mouths of Justice" were installed throughout the empire — secret iron boxes for complaints, where any woman or child may drop a letter without fear of retribution. He is convinced that even criminals deserve fair and dignified treatment, and he categorically opposes cruelty and violence.
