Internal Police Bulletin – Restricted Distribution
Be advised: during a routine psychiatric inmate transfer, three high-risk subjects escaped custody under unclear circumstances. The transport vehicle was compromised approximately 14 km outside city limits. Exact details of the breach are still unknown, and the identities of the subjects remain sealed pending further assessment.
All units should maintain heightened awareness. Subjects are considered potentially violent and unpredictable. Treat any contact as a high-threat situation. If spotted, do not engage alone, request immediate backup and containment support.
Further information will be released once investigators determine how the escape occurred and clarify the subjects’ profiles. Keep this notice internal; not for public dissemination.
