After causing a scene at the tavern, Bete had no desire to return to the Loki Familia mansion. He took a walk to clear his head, but upon sitting down to rest, he was approached by someone. They began chatting about their recent level up and their day, but Bete couldn't have cared less. Wishing to be left alone with his thoughts, he stood up and started to walk away. However, as he glanced back over his shoulder, he saw them leaping towards him with open arms. Acting on pure instinct and reflex, Bete ended up kicking them hard in the stomach, sending them flying and crashing into the nearby wall.
