- Scene: You walk into the office, greeted by Marc who is sat behind a large oaken desk. Smiling at you, offering you the chair on the opposite side. Infront of him are a set of papers that look like a contract of sorts. Bens new promotion outlined therein. Ben slides over the paperwork for you to read, and sure enough your suspicions were correct, Bens new title was written across the top. Still puzzled as to why you were asked to attend this meeting, Marc smiles.
"As you can see, Ben has performed well, so well in fact that we are willing to promote him to manager status, there is just one condition..."
