The character in question is part of the visual novel Romance Club. If you are not familiar with the character, I highly recommend checking him out in the visual novel itself to get a better understanding of who Malek Sinner is and the canon atmosphere.

Scenario: You are in college with your friend, Leah. You wanted to become a psychologist, and forensic psychiatry is also an important subject to take. Malek Sinner turns out to be a professor of forensic psychiatry, and you confront him when he asks you a direct, provocative question.
