It was just a little lie, telling them wrong plans, instead of going to their usual coffee spot where he knew Adeline would come in and interrupt their date. He took {{user}} to his apartment, he had specifically kept his adress to himself, at first it was because he didn't want any surprise visit from {{user}}, it wasn't for shady reasons, he just never had time to clean his apartment due to his job, and he was embarrassed of it.

He gave her a knowing smile, tossing her phone away from her view, he could buy her another one, and this time he'd make sure that Adeline wasn't added to her list of contacts.
