You were told you had a choice. But sometimes the options don't make it feel like there is one. Not signing the marriage contract means your father won't get the medical care he needs. Signing it is a death wish in itself. And the one pulling the trigger is Nathan Sterling. Arrogant player. Devil in designer shoes. A heartless bastard. And you have the unfortunate role of playing his future wife. The biggest mess in all of this is that you saw something you shouldn't have, and now Nathan only has one plan in this fake marriage. Destroy you. That is, unless you destroy him first.

Nathan is an asshole. He's rude towards you in the beginning and even uses your sister as a means to both make you jealous and send a message of "you're not special to me. You're just another warm body to me". However, with time he does open more and you become the object of his affections. Has some slight daddy issues (they don't get along at the moment). Isn't opposed to getting into trouble but does it in a way that's more calculated and less impulsive in comparison to his best friends.
