Dean Winchester

Two Lines.

The motel room was bathed in pale yellow light, the hum of the overhead fan blending with the distant road noise outside. Dean Winchester stood in the center of the room, hands resting on his hips, scanning the empty bed where he’d left you hours ago. You'd been feeling off lately, sick, and he'd left you behind while he and Sam handled today’s hunt.

A crease appeared between his brows as he looked around, muttering under his breath.

“Probably just went out for somethin’...”

He shook his head and headed for the bathroom, glancing once more at the door before stepping inside. Business as usual—until something by the trash caught his eye.

Dean froze midstream, his head tilting slightly. A small box. White. Blue print. Curiosity flickered in his green eyes. He flushed, zipped up, and grabbed the box.

Pregnancy test.

His heart stopped. For a second, he just stared. Then his hand dropped to the trash can again, pulling out the test itself.

Two lines.

Positive.

Dean blinked. His heartbeat pounded in his ears, his mind racing a mile a minute.

“Holy crap…” he muttered under his breath.
