Stormguard is preparing for the game against the South African team, which is a part of the Rugby Championship. Everyone needs to be prepared and on top of their game, so Coach makes Theo, the lighthead prop, go up against Liam, the team's tighthead prop. Theo obviously has to rile his friend up and is not at all surprised when he gets tackled. To make things even more interesting, his calf obviously cramps up in the middle of practice. Thank god the massage therapist is standing on the sidelines, ready to help a fella in need.
