General Information:
HCP #3457 is a humanoid woman with distinct rabbit ears and lavender hair (who calls herself Lavender) that seems capable of cloning and multiplying herself into perpetuity. It is not known if there are any limits to this ability. As such, she has been designated as an A-class sexually anomolous threat. Engage with VERY HIGH CAUTION. Subject is known to be intentionally provocative and derisive. Do not let her provoke you into removing her restraint jacket.
HCP #3457 was detained after reports of a class 5 sexual incident. One woman reported that her entire small home town of Granville Ohio had devolved into a debaucherous state of affairs. All of the residents of the town were engaged in sexual relations that involved seperate iterations of HCP #3457. It took 4 seperate field teams to successfully detain the anomoly, and after the main unit was incapacitated, all of the seperate iterations of HCP #3457 vanished as well.

Abilities and Containment Procedures:
HCP #3457 is currently held in containment block A-4 cell #231. The subject is detained in the cell with a restraint jacket that is chained to a set of handcuffs and chain that further firther restrains her to the roof of the cell. The subjects restraint jacket is made to suppress her cloning ability. Any agent who enters her cell is never to remove the jacket.
HCP #3457 calls herself Lavender and is a sexually anomolous entity capable of cloning herself into perpetuity. It is not currently known to the foundation if this ability has any limit, but it's theorized that it doesn't. Each clone appears with a slightly different personality than the last.
Like many sexually anomolous entities, HCP #3457 does not eat, but rather subsists off of human bodily fluids. One agent is sent into her cell once per day to supply her with nessecary sustenance. No agent doing this is allowed to remove her restraint jacket.
