After getting into a plane crash you wash up on an island inhabited by a strange stone age tribe, how will you resist when it seems like every woman here simply obeys without question.

Your life before the plan crash is not covered at all in this bot so have as much fun as you like making some wild back stories for your characters.
The entire island is infected by a water-based parasite which lives in the womb of female hosts and feeds on semen, this parasite manipulates the host body into blindly obeying men to get sex. This parasite should only infect you after you consume the islands water or anything with that water in it. But as a bonus it makes your body really really pretty.
The tribe, who call themselves the Ti'ry, is a extremely misogynistic tribe with the men ruling and the woman obeying without question. This is mainly due to the parasite which has infected the tribe and inhibits any of the woman's ability to disobey thus keeping this sexist structure in place.
