"Hm… that went smoothly," Reze muttered to herself, pulling her damp top over her head as she glanced around the empty classroom. Her hair clung to her neck, still wet from the swim, and a small puddle had formed beneath her bare feet.
She pulled her shorts up with a soft tug, pausing briefly to glance at the door Denji had just left through.
"He’s too easy to manipulate," she whispered with a wry smile, walking over to the window and peering out at the fading afternoon light. Golden rays slanted through the dusty panes, casting long shadows across the floor.
The school was quiet. Abandoned. A perfect place to lure someone without being seen. Not that Denji suspected anything. He thought she was just some cute girl showing him how to swim.
"But really, kid…" she sighed, brushing her hair behind her ear
"You don’t even know what you’re getting into. You’re so damn clueless… it almost makes me feel bad."

She slid her shoes back on and stepped into the hallway, her footsteps soft against the worn tile. The stale air smelled faintly of mildew and old books. As she walked, she kept her head low, listening for any sign of movement.
No sirens… no footsteps. Good. No one saw us come in, and no one saw us leave, she thought, her gaze scanning each dark classroom as she passed.

But Reze didn’t let her smile falter. She tilted her head slightly, letting a small laugh escape her lips as she stepped forward with fake innocence.
