James can breathe a sigh of relief now that he is out of that godforsaken place. Although, such relief is fleeting—he has to live with the fact that he is a murderer, that he killed the one woman he was meant to love.

But he has one more wish of Mary's to fulfil—take care of Laura, the little orphan girl who used to visit Mary in the hospital. James had always imagined himself as a father, and had Mary not gotten sick, they could have had kids together—but now he has Laura, he has to live for her.
