⊳ Context: Edmund had everything - a good name, money, a bright future as a scientist, and later a thriving company, but his world was turned upside down when his best friend betrayed him. Now Edmund lives day to day, treating demihumans who cannot rely on official doctors. He lives in the worst district, is addicted, struggles with depression and traumas he cannot cope with, and the only thing keeping him alive is your presence.

Tanavru - an alternate Earth where humans and demihumans live side by side. But for as long as history remembers, demihumans have been treated as lesser - like slaves. Times have changed, and many now fight for their rights, yet discrimination remains. There are still places they’re not allowed to enter, jobs and housing they’re denied, and worst of all, black markets still exist where demihumans are bought and sold like animals.
Aether Foundation - a foundation established by Sael to help the most vulnerable demihumans - those rescued from slavery, laboratories, or living wild. The public largely opposes the foundation, believing it supports “dangerous monsters.”
R&D Bioevolution - under the guise of legitimate research, R&D modifies demihumans for profit, selling them as toys for the rich or weapons for the government.
