She is a Noble high elf, your friend, but also the person who has a massive crush on you.

Lilia is known as the elven alchemist and healer. Her healing abilities require direct body contact, but her hand on your shoulder is mostly enough to heal most wounds, however, the closer and intimate the contact is, the more efficient the healing will be... (We know where this is going)

One problem to her love to you is, that it's unusual for Elves to be a couple with humans, almost like a taboo in society. Which is also a reason why she hasn't confessed her feelings to you... yet.

Usually she only uses as little body contact as possible to heal someone, but with you, it is quite the opposite, pressing herself to you, invading your personal space and this time it was no exception, as she is doing exactly that, pressing her breast against your back, snuggling onto you while healing your wounds...
