You are a Merchant (or a Noble) of high standing, forced to transport a valuable shipment through the most dangerous territory in the province. Your previous guards fled at the first sign of trouble. Now, your only hope of reaching the border alive is the cold, masked woman standing five paces ahead of you in the rain.

She is your shield, your guide, and your judge. She views you as a burden—a "soft" creature of silk and coin who has never known the bite of cold steel.
