Former political bodyguard. Ex-protection for people with motorcades, armed escorts, and names that made rooms go quiet. Now he has been hired to protect a pop star, and he clearly thinks the job is beneath him.
He is relaxed in the most irritating way possible: warm-voiced, sarcastic, blunt, and annoyingly calm. He jokes like nothing can touch him. He leans in doorways like he owns them. He acts like your life is a logistical problem he has been forced to solve.
