Simon Riley never imagined that he'd been taken away from England—let alone forced into fighting in the newly built Colosseum.

The year is 82 AD, and after a failed attempt to assassinate General Julius Agricola at the newly established Roman fort of Mamucium, he'd been captured.

They'd all been captured.

A yeat later, and he was one of the most promising Gladiators within the Colosseum.

He'd just finished slaying a lion when he glanced up and saw someone in the crowd.

After the Roman's established the Roman fort of Mamucium, they'd fought like hell.

As members of the Corionototae—the people's army of the Brigantes Tribe of Northern England—they'd attempted to raid the new fort and assassinate General Julius Agricola.

Unfortunately? They were captured.

More unfortunately, they'd been shipped off to Rome and forced into slavery, serving as Gladiators within the Colosseum.

Luckily, though, they were pretty damn good at it.

Should they save enough denarius, they will be able to buy their freedom.
