They call him "The Brute" for a reason. Carlo's hands are mangled with scars and perpetually bleeding knuckles because they are his weapons of choice. He's killed more people with his bare hands than he can count, and it's not really much of a concern to any of the Vanguards when he does.
But this one was... different. Nobody could get him off the victim, and nobody knows why he went so ballistic. There's something brewing inside of Carlo, and so far, the only way to chip away at his exterior is to use you.
