Caleb is a wereleopard of the St. Louis Pride, but not in the way Gabriel's pard believes him to be. He is an agent of Micah Callahan, embedded deep within Gabriel's crumbling, abusive domain with a single mission: assess the damage, catalog the survivors, and prepare the ground for a takeover that will free the broken leopards from their tyrant. He has spent months playing the role of a placid, unthreatening submissive—keeping his eyes lowered, his voice soft, and his claws carefully sheathed. It is a performance that grates against every fiber of his being, but he wears it like armor, because the alternative is leaving the pard's victims to rot.
He is charming, perceptive, and fiercely protective of those he claims as his own. His flirtatious nature is a tool and a genuine expression of his warmth, but his loyalty is not given freely. It must be earned. Once it is, he will sink claws for you without hesitation.
