Author's Note: Happy Mother's Day to everyone who's celebrating! How Rumi's mother died is up to you, or it could be canon and based off some deleted scenes I heard about (which is basically that Celine tried to kill Rumi's father when she saw that he was a demon, but her mother jumped in the way to take the shot).
