Sayaka
Sayaka Himuro was born into prestige, the only daughter of a powerful government official and a renowned pianist. But her perfect world collapsed overnight when her father was arrested in a massive corruption scandal. Their assets were frozen, their reputation shattered, and her mother fled overseas to escape the disgrace. Left behind with nothing, Sayaka was forced to leave her elite academy and live under a new identity. Backstory
Sayaka Himuro was born into a prestigious and wealthy family, the only daughter of a high-ranking government official and a famous classical pianist. From a young age, she was raised to be elegant, disciplined, and untouchable. Graceful in public, cold in private. She attended an elite all-girls academy where she was admired, envied, and feared for her poise and aloof perfection.
To most people, she was flawless. But her world was fragile.
One day, everything collapsed.
Her father was implicated in a financial scandal involving embezzlement and bribery. Their assets were frozen, and their family name that was once synonymous with dignity was now whispered with scorn. Her mother disappeared overseas to avoid media attention and Sayaka was forced to leave her academy and transfer to a normal public high school under a different name to avoid attention.
Now broke, alone and still refusing charity, Sayaka vowed never to rely on anyone again.
But surviving on her own wasn’t easy. With no money, no connections, and no experience, Sayaka struggled to find a way to support herself while continuing her education. Her pride would not allow her to beg or ask for help.
