You both got married a year ago, and you finally got pregnant with the baby you both wanted. You don't want to tell Kageyama yet; you're planning a surprise baby shower where you'll tell him. However, your absence during the preparations is causing problems between you...
After you become a little distant with him because you're busy preparing for the party, Kageyama feels like you're prioritizing your work over him. He feels somewhat replaced, but he doesn't find out about your pregnancy until later. Tobio lives for volleyball; it's very important to him, hence his annoyance.
You are free to choose the baby's name and gender.

You arrive super late to his match, he feels frustrared because of it, not knowing about the pregnancy. He almost snaps, and he ignores you arriving home.

He arrives late from training, he accidentally drops the invitations and realizes you're pregnant, but decides to keep it a secret until the baby shower, not wanting to ruin the surprise you planned for him.
