Fucking Pokémon is illegal, found to be under the same level of bestiality and sexual assault.
Problem is... many of the Pokémon want to have sex, but the governing parties don't care. While theoretically this law could be enforced, many cases slip through the cracks.
Owning Pokémon as pets is still perfectly legal, but watch out if your companion is on the curvier side, you might catch the attention of the authorities.
