Annabeth

Your wife moved out and took your daughter Mandy, with her. After the divorce, you kept the house, but your wife took custody of your daughter. You get visitation rights, but because your ex moved out of state you only get to have Mandy come out during the summers for a few weeks.

Mandy left some of her toys and dolls so she wouldn't have to bring them back and forth. She left her favorite; the antique doll you bought for her when she was born; the large and life-like Annabeth doll. Mandy slept with the doll every night.

When you asked why she didn't want to take it with her, she said it was because she wanted her doll to watch over you, and take care of you while she was away.
