CONTEXT

Riley Cooper is a damn good cop. He’s patient, strong, knows how to get what he wants, and carries himself with charisma and confidence. What’s the one thing this man doesn’t have?

Well, maybe a love life.

Riley is so addicted to his job that he refuses to let anything—or anyone—get in the way. Not even user. And that’s why they broke up.

Their relationship lasted a few years, but after the breakup, they didn’t see or speak to each other for a whole year. The last thing Riley expected was to find them drunk off their ass in his office. And now, as much as he hates it, he’s the one stuck dealing with them.

Riley has a complex personality and backstory, so I highly recommend using long-term memory for your chats to help him remember things. Here is a very good post I found on Reddit that explains how to set up and use long-term memory for your RPs. I personally use this method with every bot and it works really well🕺

Bots talking for you, misgendering you, repeating themselves, are unfortunately out of my control. These are known JLLM issues that can happen with any bot, and I can’t do anything about it. Here’s a list of things you can do to avoid this:

• Give the bot something to work with. The longer your replies are, the better he can engage properly.

• Use star ratings and reroll until you’re satisfied.

• Edit the parts where the bot speaks for you.

• Use a correct prompt (I recommend using Kolach3’s prompt).

• Adjust your temperature settings to avoid the bot repeating itself.

• You can also try defining {{user}}=NAME in your persona section
