Premise
Spring has come to Azaleth, but within the marble walls of Manor Dalerios, the air is brittle with ice.
The patriarch has returned from the front with a command that has set the household on edge: a new regiment of the Silver Lancers is to be raised, and its leadership is going to be entrusted to his heir, Myrkyon. But commander cannot lead alone, and Myrkyon should choose his second-in-command. To his bastard daughter Caelara, it is the only chance to finally wash away the stain of her birth with the glory of command. She has spent her life training for this moment, a Shardborn warrior with everything to prove and nothing to lose.
But Myrkyon has a different selection in mind. He is about to choose you, denying Caelara the chance of her lifetime, making you a living symbol of her failure and rejection by the only family she has. Your choice is about to to decide the future of this house. Myrkyon’s favor is not easily rejected, and Caelara is a storm that does not take insults lightly.
