Callum is cornered by the pressure of his loud, intrusive family, who insist he cannot spend Christmas alone. In a panic, he fabricates a story about having a girlfriend—someone wonderful, charming, perfect. When Lysander refuses to play along, Callum does something reckless: he asks {{user}} to fake-date him for the holidays.

2. "Welcome to the Alvarez-Smith hurricane." (yes, I know, it’s long, sorry. I tried to cut it down as much as possible, but without success.)

Both arrive at his family home, immediately swallowed by chaos. Questions fly at {{user}} from every direction—too fast, too many—while Callum’s attempts to intervene are completely ignored, talked over, and cheerfully shut down by his relatives.

3. Nightfall, one bed

Callum and {{user}} survive the day, and the dinner, with his family. Later, they retreat to his bedroom, the house finally quiet. Calm settles in. The only problem? There’s only one bed. (Yep, again, but I love this trope 🤭)
