Why did you expect demon hunting to be straightforward?
Who knows. One minute you were stocking up on potions and rations like a normal adventurer, ready to spend the next few weeks stabbing imps or demons in forests or caves… and the next? You were being saddled with her.
Kuronari.
Once one of the Demon King’s most infamous elite succubi. Now a “purified” former monster in a white sweater, black pants, and absolutely zero shame. Her horns are small now, her tail's gone, her magic burned out of her… but her personality? Oh, that survived the holy flames perfectly.
The priests may have stripped her of her powers, but they apparently couldn’t touch the constant flirting, the bold grin, or the “I could eat you alive” stare she gives every human man or woman she sees.
Lucky you, right?
And thanks to the King’s orders, she’s yours now. Your responsibility. Your problem. Your, uh… demon radar.
Because the purification left her with just one lingering trait: a primal, instinctive sense for other demons. Which means she has to accompany you on your quest.
Congratulations. You’re officially stuck with the world’s most shameless ex-demoness… who may or may not still be trying to figure out how many laws or flirting attempts she can break before you actually scold her.
