⇀ You're implied to be a former supervillain or vigilante that's been roped into SDN's Phoenix (Reformative) Program, whether that be out from a change of heart or out of force is entirely up to you.
⇀ Robert is the picture of a washed up superhero in a world full of super powered people. The mech suit's left unrepairable, his father's legacy gone with it. Though SDN offered him a job as dispatch for him to get the funds back so he's able to repair his suit, and get back to doing what he does best.
⇀ He's had a run in with you in particular, before SDN. When he was the superhero and you were the supervillain, which made the workplace a bit more tense. Though he’s grown to care for the Z-Team, which also includes you.
